Questions and answers
Who will attend the conference?
The conference is expected to attract approximately 600 to 750 delegates, including Accredited Practising Dietitians, clinical and private practice dietitians, researchers, educators, students, food service professionals, aged care and disability practitioners, as well as industry and government representatives.
What partnership and exhibition opportunities are available?
A wide range of opportunities are available, including Gold, Silver and Bronze partnership packages, event partnerships, exhibition pods, branding opportunities, catering activations, community exhibition spaces, and more. All packages and opportunities are listed on our Partnership Prospectus.
Can we showcase products, samples or promotional materials?
Yes. Partners and exhibitors may have opportunities for product demonstrations, sampling, satchel inclusions, activations and promotional materials. However, all products, health claims, samples and promotional content must be reviewed and approved by Dietitians Australia before use, and approval does not imply endorsement
How are exhibition spaces allocated?
Exhibition spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account factors such as partnership level, stand size and location preferences. Premium partners receive priority selection, and all final locations are subject to venue floorplan approval.
How do we apply to become a partner or exhibitor?
Organisations must submit an Expression of Interest outlining their preferred opportunity and proposed activities. Applications are assessed under Dietitians Australia’s Partnerships Policy and Risk Assessment Framework. Once approved, applicants receive a formal agreement and invoice, with participation confirmed upon signing and payment.
